DISTRIBTOR HELP!!!

I have a 1989 ford f150 with the stock 302 efi in it. I am replacing my distribtor and I dont know if I have the cast iron or the steel one. Please HELP!!!

Your 89 will have a cast gear , steel gears are for roller cams.....Lew
