Removing door panel

Not sure on the 08 interior, but guessing it's similar to earlier ones, if so, lift up and out the switch plate, and there should be a bolt under there at least, might be more, I'm sure I'm forgetting a few locations. I'll be taking mine out soon to put some speakers in. It's definitely not all push fasteners though.
