If I had the truck I have now when I was 18 to 25 I would have probably put a smoke switch on it. But those were the days when I didn't care about much of anything.

Yea it is. Back then all I cared about was drinkin beer on weekends an drag racing on the street. An out running the cops ,if the need arose. Which it did from time to time.

I have had more speeding tickets an drivin on sespended license tickets than I can count. But now than I have grown up an I have CDL license I don't drive like that anymore. To think back on those days. It's a wonder I didn't kill myself the way I drove. But in a 87 IROC camaro than say low an drove like it was glued to the pavement is only reason I didn't , I guess.

im 19 and mature. i dont care to blow smoke. im also from texas and trust me its not a cool thing to do. you will be known as an idiot or a wanna be dodge guy. to me if a diesel is fast and doesnt hardly smoke it is well tuned and has the right mods. all smoke is, is unburt fuel which to me is litterally watching your money go up in smoke. yes mine will do it from a take off if i floor it but after that it cleans up. no need for it and it will save your turbo and everything else.

we got a smoke switch on an R7... amtrack (amphibious tank that drops off of a ship) that is used to create a smoke screen on the water when assaulting the beach, to hide the number of tracks hitting the beach....

I dont think I need one on my Ford... esp after the turbo in the R7 caught fire from doing it last time it was out..... besides my Ford dont swim...

You and me both.

I would rather keep my turbo clean, the back end of my bed/bumper soot free, and have a fast smoke free truck.

I liked the smoke on my Dodge, but like you said thats money going up in smoke.
