Ignition actuator troubles
The ignition actuator inside my '97 Expedition's steering column became dislodged, causing the truck to get stuck in the "ON" position.
I have the column out of the car and torn apart. I am trying to replace the lower ignition actuator (F0DZ-3E715-A). For some reason I cannot get the thing out, and I was wondering if anyone has some tips. I think my problem is that I cannot seem to get the metal column lock out.
I have the factory service manual and it is completely useless.
Any help is MUCH appreciated.
