Connection for Trailer Brake controller

Can someone please tell me where the factory harness that a trailer Brake controller plugs into is located ('94 Bronco)? A quick look under the dash didn't find it. I have the correct plug according to Tekonsha, but can't find its mate.

In my '93, it sits just under the drivers side of the ash tray. There is a black plastic piece showing to the seat side with the plug behind it.

Yep, its in a perfect spot for putting the controller into the slot in the lower dash panel.
