Bullydog chip
I put a Bullydog chip in my truck years ago it seemed two run great. After I broke the transmission I pulled the chip out before I took it to the transmission shop. After they put the new transmission in I reinstalled the chip. It was quite some time before I decided to use the highest setting and get on it. It just wasn't running the same and my gas mileage was considerably worse. After cleaning and replacing sensors trying to figure out what the problem was I finally decided to get a dp tuner. It turns out that it was the Bullydog tuner making my truck run bad. Is it possible that it was installed improperly causing the truck to run bad? Or did the chip itself go bad?

First off you made the right decision to get the DP Tuner and get away from the BD...Yes,we have seen several different programmers go bad and cause all kinds of problems with the 7.3's.
If you have trouble with the DP(I bet you won't)then a phone call to Jody and he will fix ya up.
