IMO.....eugene OR has some of the ugliest women on the planet, it would be a toss up.
Even our "clothing optional" clubs employ girls who are "butterface's"....

Everything's good but her face.

On the other hand, Bend Oregon on the other side of the Cascades has some SMOKIN' hot ladies.
