Okay...this idea is DEAD...the forum rules clearly prohibit someone "impersonating" another...as this would clearly do...it canNOT be done...so let me KILL this idea before it gets any momentum...please do NOT sign up with another username as you will be in violation of the forum rules...I had a suspicion that it would violate the rules...hence my question...sorry I suggested it!...

Those aren't neg rep points, those are the points given for the various infractions, how long the points count against you, and the subsequent punishment for accruing said points.
