Got a few questions about the 'right' tire size for my daughter's '96 Bronco;
The door sticker lists P235R-75R/15,
The spare is a P265/75R15
Tires presently are 31X10.50R15LT (Put on five years ago by me).
I bought the truck from the original owner and the spare was on it when I got it-new Goodyear Wrangler RT/S. It is at least one-and-a-half inches taller than the tires that are on it.
The only times this truck has been in four-wheel-drive was for couple of Georgia snows (About six inches)
Regardless of what you do, make sure you have the same size tires all the way around if you EVER use 4WD. Discrepancies in tire sizes WILL damage the transfer case/drive-line components if you have different tire sizes on it.
