my dad has a 98 f-150 that wont pass inspection due to holes rusted through the rocker panels.....just wondering what the best/easiest way to fix these to pass inspection is? were thinking about just replacing them but seems like it might be a pain

The right way is have a body shop do it but that will cost you 800-1000 a side. Look on the second page of threads Steve(ill) has a good inexpensive fix.
