"surge" at start up

So another issue here.. Hot or cold the truck will fire up great but idle very Irractically unless I give some throttle then smooths out after 15 secs. Of throttle.. No issue once running no irractic idle any other time once running..

Mine does the same, like once you start it, it kinda i wanna say it burps alittle for like 5 to 15 sec then straightens out.

Look for oil seeping from the ICP sensor . If its an auto , try starting it in neutral ...
