Radiator

Ok. So I recently changed out the radiator on my girlfriends Explorer. Ive done this many yums on other vehicles and it went off without a hitch. The tranny fluid hose that's connected is having a slow drip. How can I seal this? Would teflon tape be an acceptable fix or is there some kind of designated sealant for this particular snag. I've never had this problem before so I never had to find out a useful product to seal it with. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hey thanks Mr. Ill check it out. I didn't have a problem threading it and it snugged up fairly tight. I actually was able to thread it most of the way with my fingers and paper towel for grip.
