New hubs
Ok im sick of my esof. It never works and now my hubs are super hard to turn and one of them takes forever to unlock. Im getting warn manual locking hubs and ripping out all the lines and pluging them. I did read in a thread some one doing the same. They said they pluged the hose barb on the hub with a grease fitting so you can lube the needle bearing in the actual wheel hub assy. Is this true and would it work?

I don't think the hose barb fitting for the vacuum hubs leads to any bearing. Guys have been pulling the ABS sensor and adding grease there for the main hub bearing.
As for the needle bearing on the axle stub shaft, use Guzzle's write up.

Right guzzels write up is a good one if you got a few hrs to slap some grease in there. Im lookin at just adding a grease fitting to the barb on the hub or some where else to get lubercated w/o having to tear it all apart. If im getting the warn hubs my esof will no longer work i will have to get out each time and lock it in, thus getting rid of the vac lines to the hub. As for the barb into the hub replace it with a grease fitting so it will keep dirt and water out and also be a way to ad grease to somethin
