Just stopping in and saying Hi! I'm not a new Ford truck owner but I am a new Ford diesel owner, that is why I signed up here FTE. This is my first POV diesel but not my first diesel vehicle. My previous diesel trucks were M1025's, Deuce-and-a-halfs, and 5-tons.
Welcome to the Texas chapter. I think you'll find that your new truck will ride just a tad bit better than those duece and a halfs.
But remember factory shocks are pretty much junk and you need to plan on replacing them somewhere in the 30k - 50k range.

Rick's upset with me because I didn't back down when he said I didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to give him some hints that I did, but that was a different thread. My laptop died so I lost my way to play on the internet. I'm using the kids laptop for now, but she needed it for a bit so I kind of disappeared. Can't do FTE on my phone like some here do.
They are usually cheap shocks with Rancho stickers on them. Buy a good set of Rancho's when it's time and you'll notice an improvement.

Nice truck doublenot7. I'm pretty excited to see how those 6.7's turn out.
WOW!!!! I missed that one completely. Had to go back and find it. IDK what the heck Rick is mad about. LOL. You didn't say anything wrong to him and I haven't seen anyone with an ego get snappy with him. haha.
