OK thats what I thought that you ment

Now that you say you just had the oil cooler changed the IPR screen may have junk in it or pushed trash thru the screen and junked the new IPR

Trashing the IPR is VERY VERY common during an oil cooler rebuild its worth pulling out and checking out
if the screen is pushed up inside or has a hole in it time for a new IPR

do u thing is the ipr ?
also i just noticed i got oil leak between the motor and the transmission coming from top in back of the motor that is the ICP ?

I suspect a bad IPR since you did recent work on it but Trackdown the oil leak [but is probably just left over oil from the work] Have you driven very far since the work?????

take a flashlight and look at the turbo oil supply line at the top of the turbo and also look at the engine valley

The oil could be just from when he pulled the oil cooler outt it is messey he should have been sucking it up with a shop vac as he pulled the oil cooler out otherwise all the oil from the reservoir just runs down the back of the moter.It was probably at this time when he pulled the oil cooler he got dirt and junk into the HPO system. Its a GUSH of oil that runs down inside the turbo oil drain and this is where I beleive that the contamination happens

sounds like this guys first oil cooler job

no oil any were turbo is clean ( no oil ) motor in the top is clean too also went the job was finish i use degrease and water and clean the motor and trans
yes i run like 1000 miles last week and this one like another 234 miles
is not a big leak is very small from under the turbo i thing this is driving so ****
every time i go to see this guy the truck is worse and worse

well look at ICP again and see if its leaking oil you maybe right

And ICP sensors do blowout and leak oil

since its a 2003 Both ICP & IPR right next to each other check them both

i tell u next week went i change the icp yes goin to check both manny tks x the tips and the help mine frend i let u now what was bad

blade sup man got updates
i just replace the (icp new ) 1hr ago and new ( ipr )
reset computer and run the tune again also new harnes start fine but 20 min warming start the codes again and still the vibration no code for icp

p0278 " #6

ok cuestion mine diesel pump now is 60 psi max maibe is low ?

well l;ooks like there cyclinder contrib codes

and do you mean the fuel pump is at 60 psi

without some kinda scanner to check some things Im lost at the contribe codes

problem solve new pump and new injectors no more codes pump is at 60psi pressure injectors are 190cc
