I think that your problem lies in 2285 code its a high press oil code low icp I beleive
Lets check into those codes hang on |
Here we go
P0272 Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance P0275 Cylinder 5 Contribution/Balance P0278 Cylinder 6 Contribution/Balance P2285 Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low I think that the first3 codes are a result of the 2285 Looks like you just replaced the ICP sensor did you replace the ICP Pigtail as well Starting to look like you have a HPO Leak What yerar is your truck And do you have any gauges If so what do you get for ICP & IPR% |
I believe Benny is on the right track.

Do you have any gauges
Here is a way of checking to see if you have sufficient high pressure oil without having a gauge or adapter. Strip back the wires about an inch away from the icp sensor connector. Obtain a digital multimeter and set it for voltage (DC). The bn-wh wire is a five volt reference, leave that alone. Strip back the db-lg signal wire and the gy-rd ground wire. Put positive lead on a dark blue-light green wire and negative lead on gray-red wire. Have an assistant crank truck, you need a minimum of 0.80 volts (500 psi) for the truck to start, if you are getting greater than that then you have sufficient high pressure oil. that was out of the spread sheets might be able to backprobe the pigtail with the DVM |
yes i have (high pressure oil pump) is new also readings are up more that 0.80v in the icp
i thing like u say this icp maibe is bad i order new 2 hrs ago so next week got it found it on ebay x $60 truck start fine in the morning the problem is 20 min later from cool to hot really bad shaking and vibration at 55mph or less is worse thent the code came :( |
Ok so it does start good
what is your IPR% when it gets warm and starts to run ruff at hot Idel I dont think its your ICP sensor but guess it wont hurt to change it again |
i make a video for u to review post in min
|
An IPR% reading would tell alot more than a vidio
but I am game post it up ya never know anything is possible |
