The range sensor's complete name is Transmission Range Sensor (TRS.) Some people call it MLPS or neutral safety switch. It is located on the driver's side of the transmission where the shift cable attaches. It's the part with the wiring harness.
Any auto parts store or Ford dealer would have it.
Having said all of that, just having a code for the sensor doesn't mean the sensor is bad. It means one or more of the circuits to that sensor is bad. It could be the sensor itself or it could be the wiring to the sensor. Some diagnostics will show where the problem lies.
