Steering Column Help

I have a '78 F250 that has a messed up steering column to be blunt. I have a steering column out of a '78 Bronco that has an aftermarket steering wheel on it that I would prefer to have as well.

Will the steering column out of the Bronco fit my Truck?

both my 79 3/4 ton & 78 1/2 ton have the same steering wheel, colum, and wiring plug on them.

Okay I figured that would work, but I'm curious about swapping it with a broncos steering column. Do you know for a fact that the broncos is the same as a full sie trucks?

yes the 78-79 bronco are the same as the pickups. when I swapped colum from a 78 bronco into my 77 I had to change my wiring over to 78 harness but that was the only issue I had and thats just because 77's have odd ball wiring plugs.
