Beast Back On The Road
I had reported problems with bad fuel. Dirt and water in the fuel filter. I thought that there must be dirt and water in the fuel tank also.
So I dropped it. Kind of a pain.It was relatively clean. Just a little water in bottom. I wiped it out and got it clean.
I still need to install a pre pump filter. Any recommendations?
I replaced the fuel filter and cleaned out the fuel filter bowl. Very dirty.
Then I did the Hutch and the Harpoon modifications , I figured I might as well being as I had the fuel tank out.
I also did the HPX mod. Had it on hand you know.
I does seem to run better. The low speed miss is gone.
Arn't you proud of me.
Now the beast is back on the road.
