Turn Signal Problem
Sometimes I get a blink blink blink etc, sometimes the green arrow comes on stays on. Sometimes it blinks a few times then stays on solid. I thought I might have a bad bulb, then noticed its the same issue left and right.
Do Expeditions have a "blinker" under the dash like the old days?
Do I need to look at the turn signal switch
Something else?

I had this issue and it was indeed the flasher, but I also had a problem with my switch as well.
But the bulk of the issue, was the flasher.

Its roughly between the steering column and the gas pedal. The flasher unit and the blower high speed relay are mounted next to each other on the same connector. The flasher is the larger one.
