I found two studs found near the rear seat mounts; on on each side of the cab. They didn't have anything attached nor did they have nuts or washers on them. They appear to have been installed deliberately by the factory but are not being used. What are these for?
I am trying to figure out if I should simply grind them off or if there is some nifty function they have which is not currently being employed.
Also, how do I go about getting the permissions to include pictures to show everyone what I am talking about?
If i'm thinking correctly its the long jack handle mounting bolts. Anyway I believe this to be correct because that was the way it was on my truck when I bought mine. Should have wing nuts and bracket to hold it from rattling.
