Ccv reroute issue

Well I finally had enough with oil in my turbo tubes so I did a ccv reroute. I ran it to a filter setup that l had seen someone else use where it comes in the center through a screen and back out then I ran on out towards the rear of my excursion and placed a crankcase filter on the end of the tube. I towed my camper 3 hours and when I arrived I found that from oil pan back is covered in oil spray!! So I figure I'm building too much crankcase pressure but my setup is identical to a few I've seen what did I do wrong? Should I leave the filter off of the end of the hose? Or should I Run hose back up to air intake? I'm on the road so I can't post pics til tomorrow. Thanks In advance

Could be too much restriction with the dual filters. Can you locate where the oil spray came from? Also, if your CCV tube has a low spot in it, oil can collect there and choke it off.

run it through the first filter and straight to the ground and forget about the second breather filter it will not suck back to the motor, the engine builds pressure not vacume

Looks like maily rear seal location or the plate between oil pan and block. It's everywhere but just a mist cover not dripping anywhere. guess I don't have to worry about rust this winter.

I took scone filter off and I'm going to shorten the first hose and housing about 2'. Right now I have it mounted in front of rear drivers side tire.

well i fixed my reroute issue BUT it is still spewing oil all underneath the ex and my tt. I cleaned everything drove it back home and found that there is a puddle of oil inside the bellhousing behind the inspection plug, and the oil pan is leaking on the rear of the motor. Only the bottom half of the bell housing is wet from oil from the starter up on the bellhousing is dry. so my question is it more likely the rear main or something to do with the hpop? I only sprays the underside of vehicle if i am towing. Im trying to get an idea before i start taking apart on saturday THANKS

You probably mean ICP, it's the one that leaks.

It sounds like you lost a rear main or bedplate seal if it's inside the bellhousing. Have you confirmed it is motor oil and not ATF? Could also be a front tranny seal.

unfortunately the diesel tech and the dealer "whom I've come to become good friends with because my wife is his baby's doctor" has confirmed oil is the liquid but he's not sure where to start until he gets a closer look it was dusk when he was looking but he feels its rear main but I've been looking and searching for two days and am more confused so we are going to start by pulling trans this weekend and look around I'll take pics once it it is removed and get some more opinions. Thanks for replies guys
