Im looking at the "install manual glow plug" drawing. The first step says "disconnect controller".

Where is that and how do you do it? I know very little about this but want to do this mod.

Thanks!

My controller is on drivers side behind valve cover. It is a tall tube looking thing, with a cap, with wires coming off the top.. '85 F-250 .

thanks for the info on the switch !

Where is this relay? I have one next to the right battery but the wires going to it are unlike those in Ziggsters drawing.

Thanks!

I wired a regular relay in the loop. The relay for the plugs themselves draws a little more then your average parts house switch will stand for very long. I need to put up a diagram for regular relays. They seem to mess with people that aren't used to wiring them up.
