I poseted earlier but the post got out of hand and really long. Here is what has been fixed and replaced and then the problems.

VSS
TPS
MLPS (correclty installed and wired)
EGR Vac Solenoid
Cap
Rotor
Plugs
Wires
Ignition Coil
Vac Leaks Fixed
**This week replaced**
MAP Sensor
Fuel Filter
MLPS Again
I warmed it up and drove with the vac line off of the EGR and changed nothing.
Ran seafoam through it and it runs better when it is not missing?

It still has a intermittent mis. Shudders on lower RPM, Hard Shifts, Sometimes shifts from 3 - OD too early. I also have a major issue with the Air Injection system.
Earlier this month I had a similar problem....my 93 F250 4X4 E4OD with a 460 started shifting hard, upshifting too fast, didn't want to kick down...etc. slight shudder/miss occasionaly in the motor. I changed the computer and it runs great again....I put in a JB computer first...improved it but wasn't right. It kept me going while the KA was being ordered.
You didn't mention, so I'll ask: What condition is your transmission fluid? Is the fluid Mercon V? The transmission problems you mention may be fluid related.
Good to hear, but you are at exactly the same point that I was with my 93. Mercon 5 has anti-shudder additives as well as additives to smooth out shifting. I'll be your hard shifting is primarily 1-2 and 2-3. If so, the E4OD is in limp mode. A search of "Limp mode" will tell more. Mine always behaved the worst when it was warmed up and then I was in stop and go traffic. If this sounds familiar, it may have been changed with Mercon 3 which is what was originally spec'd for the truck, but the V came along and solved some other issues.
Cool thanks. I guess since it has a drain plug it wont be too hard to drain and fil with V just to make sure. I search limp mode. Probably going to get another MLPS too.
