460 problems please help

So I have this 93 f350 cclb with a 460 for the past two months it's been acting up on me. I took it to ford after they said they fixed it, it began to idle high and we'll now it's back to the same thing. So the problem is that it will run okay for like 10 minutes then it will start to act like it's running out of gas on acceleration and now it dies when I go to put it into gear or waiting at a stop light randomly sometimes in reverse it will start to ping and the whole truck is shaking but the timing is spot on as could be, after the problem starts and I put it in neutral and rev it it's like the motor is not bolted down and the whole thing is shaking.
list of parts I changed
Air filter
Coil
Spark plugs
Wires
Distributor
Fuel filter
Map sensor
O2 sensor
Alternator
Starter
Battery
Battery cable
180 termostat
Idler pulley
belts
Tps sensor
Egr sensor
Idle air sensor
I don't know what's left to do I did almost everything the only stuff left is the fuel pumps, egr, computer, what ever sensor left to change, etc. Like could it be a trans problem? The rails are getting pressure and I changed the injectors 2 years ago. When it dies it starts right back up most of the time.

If anyone can help me thanks
