Front hub question

I have a 1968 F-100 4x4 and I am replacing the front wheel bearings while I'm in there. My question is the cups or two races, for the inner and outer bearings for each hub, how do you drive those out? Is that a machine shop job? or is it something you can do without a press? Also is it wise to replace the spindle bearings while I'm there? Are those something I should be concerned with?

Thanks

on mine (not a 4x4) all i did was get some punches and then use a hammer and whacked those races out. to put them back in i just found a socket the fit perfectly and hit them back in.
