Front Hub Needle bearings

My question is, in the owners manual, it states you must lube the
front hub needle bearings every 15k or so. What are they talking about?

Needle bearings are whats used in u-joints right? But there are no zerk fittings.

Does anyone know about this.

I believe what they are reffering to is removing the front hub and regreaseing the wheel bearings. There is no zerk fitting.
