newbee heat issue ?

99 f150 heater only blows warm, checked heater hoses they are both hot, I believe it is a blend door issue, when I turn temp dial to cool it will blow cool, but when turned to hot it is only warm, my question is where is the blend door located? any tips Thanks

If I remember right it's under the dash on the passenger side. Try having someone turn the temperature control and listen for the door to open/ close to pinpoint it. I know this probably isnt much help but it's all I've got at the time.

Do a search on here "blend door" there's lots of info about it. Or Google it its a fairly common issue with the f150s theres also a repair kit for it so you don't have to remove the dash.
