Brand New Platinum back to the dealer

Brand New Platinum back to the dealer
went to use my sun roof yesterday for the first time and boom!
sounded like it was trying to crutch rocks then quit!
not a big deal figure since I'm close to the dealer and I've
got the premium warrenty package
I'd just drop it off and pick up a sweet loaner like a mustang
so now they tell me loaners are 30,000 mile focus, crap!
took it right home, parked it behind the house so no one would see it
and pulled the T-bird out of storage for the daily driver until they call me
I will give them a call this morning to tell them to hurry!
on top of the crap car loaner
I'm suppose to pay the taxes on the daily rental rate!

Are you seriously paying, in any which way, for the rental???
I've only had to truly leave a Ford at a dealer for warranty repair once (2001 F-150) and they provided a rental free of charge; nothing out of my pocket whatsoever, except gas.
I'm lucky none of my newer trucks since then have required warranty repair, so I'm not sure if anything has changed in the last 10 years I needed a rental from the dealer...

well my fellow Ford fan,
Maybe that's why, while standing at their counter yesterday
I spent most of my time shaking my head!
let's see,
This is my 17th Ford in 14 years
I'm buying a $49,000 truck
(paid $36 for it becuase it was a 2010, new thou)
I'm paying for the Premium Warranty package and this guy is telling me I've got to pay the daily taxes for the rental (should be called loaner)
my other dealer who I should of taken it to has their own in house rental desk, this was off site
not sure who to complain to
might call the finance officer and see where that gets me
my list of Fords I have now
which I'll add to my profile
1966 Ford F100 custom cab short bed show truck
1991 Thunderbird SC show car with 24,000 original miles and about 15 grand worth of upgrades
2005 SVT Steda model Focus 295hp 4 cycinder
2010 F150 Platinum 4X4 supercrew
