Under Valve Cover Harness
It is the wiring that connects to the injectors and glow plugs.
The P1280 can be caused by a faulty ICP sensor or oil in it's connection. Either way, the sensor would need to be replaced. You can unplug the sensor while it is idling rough and the PCM should go to a default setting and smooth out. This would indicate a bad ICP sensor.
