If none of the tie rod ends were replaced ,IIRC it can only go in one way . Put the Pit man arm on the box , in stall the box & lines . Install the steering link . THe steering column only goes on one way also . The only problem you should have is if the steering wheel was turned more than 1 1/2 - 2 turns in either direction , you will need a new clock spring ...
You can remove the pitman arm, straighten the wheel and then put it back on. Not sure about getting the steering wheel centered again though after spinning it while unhooked
With the wheels pointed straight ahead, The pitman arm should be pointed straight forward also. That will get the steering rack centered. Kinda like in the pic in this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...m-bushing.html
From there you can try and adjust toe and adjusting the tie rods to get the wheels pointed straight.
