Well today during work, had to travel from one plant to another, stayed on the interstate at around 70 mph, my ECT/EOT delta was around 15-17*. When I got to the other plant had to back up on around a 15 degree hill and hold there for around 5 mintues. Once the back end was unloaded I went and parked it level and keept it running for around 5 mintues. When I left, my delta was around 5-10*, got on the road and did almost WOT, looked out my side mirror and it looked like WHITE smoke, I was saying Oh F***, I got to a gas station checked coolent and everything for signs of blow gaskets and such, no signs of anything. I got something from the station and left, I did a half throttle to get boost going, and I saw what looked like white smoke again, kept eye on delta and was showing around 15-20*. When I on a open road I got the boost kicking again I looked out and I had the famous black smoke when the boost kicks in, and everything was fine, the rest of the trip home I was around 15-20* delta.
Should I be worried of anything or was it just a crazed spot on the road?

Sounds like you already know the answer... That's a very shaky delta, especially if truck wasn't loaded. I would pop the EGR valve and have a look see. When my EGR cooler blew you couldn't see cars behind me. I burned through coolant about a gallon every 100 miles, so you should have coolant loss if it's gone.

do you know if you have a round or square Egr cooler
your egr cooler could just be starting to leak keep a very close eywe on the coolant leval
have you tried to flush or anything
park the truck nose down when you pull the egr valve out
