I have an '04 F-150 Lariat with 103K it has a slight vibration in between 45-50 and seems like it bogs down in O\D, when you turn O\D off the problem stops, took it to the ford dealer and they said to put Shutter Guard in it to see if it helps, it seems to still be doing it? Any ideas?

As a recommendation, when you re-post provide as much information about your truck as possible such as engine size, which transmission, 4x4 / 4x2 and any mods that you may have added to the truck such as performance chips, lift kits, larger tires, etc.
My 04 STX 4X4 developed a very mild shudder at approx 40 - 50 mph and then over a few weeks it got worse, to the point it felt like the truck was bouncing hard enough to loose traction. Just by chance the next time it did it I reached down and held the e- brake release and slightly pushed on the pedal which immediately changed it, almost went away. Took it in, dealer cleaned and lubed parts in the e-brake assembly and all was well. Due to road salt, rust, etc. the e-brake was not releasing all the way. Something to consider.
