2003 slow spoolup
2003 6.0 85000 miles, no mods just driven. Kept blowing off the turbo pipe, replaced it with the plastic one and found out the metal one is better. Now engine is slow to spool up the turbo, once it gets going it is fine but there is something not quite right? any ideas? Could the FICM be damaged? EGR valve checked and clean, everything else seems to be working fine.
Hep me figure this one out for my friend, he has lost all his equipment and is working hourly, loss of income and needs truck badly.
