timing Chain

Hello all, haven't been on here in a while. Drive a tractor trlr for a living. Have a question about my 95 F150 with a 302 auto. I need some advice on putting in a timing chain. Procedures that need to be taken in order to put it on correctly. Also, I'll be putting on a new water pump while I'm it, I've done that before. My question about that is I'm going to put on an electric fan for better cooling and more HP, do they make an adapter plate to bolt on the water pump pulley since I won't be using a fan clutch. For the record I will have all the right gaskets to put on. I've never put on a timing chain before and need to know if it is as simple as taking the old one off and putting the new one on. Thank you for your help

You should be able to use the same bolts to hold the pulley on as the fan , i just have bolts going though the pulley into the water pump , on the timing chain just make sure you get the marks on the gears lined up , there will be a dot on the gears , cam gear at 6 oclock , crank gear at 12 oclock ....
