A/T column shift socket insulator

A/T column shift socket insulator
My shift arm is wobbly in the collar where it attaches with a pin. I dont see an insulator in there. Are thise hard to replace? Does the column have to be dissasembled to put one in? Have one one order from Dennis Carpenter.

I'm curious about this too....
I've though about drilling out the pin and rigging up something else to work (but have it look good)...but I'm sure there's a way to get the pin out.
LMC also has the insulators too.
