I also believe that the reps are worth more points when you write a thank-you note in the comments box.

What does a negative rep do? I told a story about my friend getting his tags taken for having illegal tint and an exhaust cut off before the cat and some guy gave me a negative rep cause he thought I made it up.
I also have two reps with a grey square next to them, guess that means neutral

Always leave a note when you Rep so the person knows why you gave it out. I tossed some around to some of ya. Enjoy!
