At the top of this page click quick links and then from the drop down bar select user control panel. Then scroll down and you should see all of your reps

instead hit[ user cp ] at the top of page it will take you right to it then scroll down the page there at the bottom part you will see who and there comments

I had found that earlier but I still don't see the breakdown of how many points each rep earned.
IIRC, the grey mark is positive rep from a new user, or member with a low post count. Check their profile to see if that's the case. Their rep is considered neutral, and the mark you received will go green once they pass the probie period (25 posts or something).
Exactly right. I had to call Steve to find out. Also, you can only rep something like 8 people in 24 hr. and you must give 10-12 people reps before you can re-rep someone.

I guess there is a bug in the system because the grey mark is from someone with 1407 posts!
