This picture shows the way to get the wiper **** off, and also the headlight switch **** on some trucks. I will warn you though, it's hard to do even if you have the right tool to do it. On the headlight switch, you can also disconnect the battery, pull the headlight switch **** all the way out, and then feel around the switch for a button(behind the dash). If you find the button, push it down and then continue to pull the headlight ****, and the whole **** and shaft will come out of the switch. Some trucks though, you can't get your hand behind the dash and around the switch to get to the button.
