This might be a longshot but does anybody know where i can buy new bolts for attaching the seat bracket to the floor? My seat is not bolted in and I don't have them..
I checked the online parts catalogs (lmc, dennis carpenter, bronco graveyard) and none has these bolts listed
Are the seats attached with a large head screw or nuts and bolts? I tried a regular 5/8 bolt from the hardware store and the bracket hole is larger than the bolt head and it didn't quite feel like the threads were a perfect match

I changed mine out to zinc-chromate plated grade 5 bolts from the hardware
store. I increased the length because I put ~3/8" thick "wood based micarta"**
blocks under the seat rails.
I added a forth bolt to each side while I was at it too but wanted it to act
like the blind-nuts Bill mentions that Ford put in. Quick and took a picture,
that's just a cut off 3/8" "U" nut is all, but it works like a champ.
It's been a long time since I was able to take pictures and put them on my
website. So expect more waste-of-time pictures from me, guys. :)
Still not able to "scan off" little stuff so you're spared that crap for now. ;)

ps- ** Pakkawood/Dymondwood they keep changing the dangged name and
so I gave up and switched to it's description years ago "wood based micarta"
pps- the extra silvery color of the bolts' ends is from anti-seize BTW ;)
shoot, i just went to a fastener place near me and got new bolts.
worked fine. i think i used washers underneath the bolt head too.
Same here and I hate(!) washers especially the split ring lock washers...
But I too put washers under the bolt heads on the seat rails.
Sometimes using washers does make sense? :/
yeah i probably would if i knew the exact size i needed...
the one i tried just didnt feel right (just a bit loose)
We can't tell you what size to use from here, we can't see that far let alone,
reach that far. ;)
Who the heck knows what's been shoved into those holes! ;)
This is where having a collection of old junky bolts to mess with (even if you
only have one of each size) at least can tell you what size to buy. Somebody
might have crammed a metric bolt/s into those hole/s you got or they might
be all rusted out and in need of a tapping to the next larger size even. :/
