Torqueshift groan

Hey everybody I really need some input on a groan coming from tranny. 06 f-350 psd sc lb srw groan or hydrolic "noise" is just audible at idle if u listen closely then , even in park and bring rpm up to 1100-1300 u can really start to hear it sounds like a dry tranny ,but fluid is rite in middle of high mark, about 2500 miles old and never heard this noise before I know my truck and this is not a normal sound, Woops truck has 70,166 on the clock it's been mine since new and absolutly maintained with only ford parts no exceptions any ideas and thoughts would greatly help I am stumped??????

I am sorry what I was trying to say by rpm specific is that sound is always there and varies directly with engine rpm hope that made more sense

A bad torque converter can't drag the engine RPM down at idle. It could in gear, but not in park.
