frame flex

i have single cab short bed 93 150 i had to back up on a gravel pile to pull a friend out i noticed my bed was touching my cab where the body lines are is this my frame flexing or body mounts? how do i fix it or stiffin it up? sorry i like having a perfect truck lol

Check the cab mounts and see if they are bad. But some flexing is normal. Depending how high up one side is, it can flex alot!

Flex is normal...it's designed to do that. If it didn't, then it would break.

Hmm. I have a super cab short bed, never had the cab and box touch. And I've flexed hard enough to lift a wheel. Doors wouldn't open, but there was no cab to box touching.

The mounts look fine my gfs 94 supercab ranger has 0 flex body lines stay straight doors always open no matter the angle

I'd be worried about a full frame vehicle that the doors would not open on inclines. uni-body like a XJ I can see it..

box/body touching, I would be looking for cracks in the frame if all you mounts are good.
