I have a 2007 F150 xlt 4x4 with the 5.4l. When i make a right and left turn from a dead stop I feel a vibration in the floor, seat and steering wheel. I checked the front end and nothing appears loose. the truck has 52,000 miles. Tires aren't in to bad of shape. I do not feel this vibration any other time other than what I had already described. HELP!!!!!

Its likely that the clutch packs in the limited slip rear end (if you have one) are wearing. Some people call this shudder. Try some friction modifier in the rear differential.
Are you on "smooth" surfaces? Reason being is that I had a previous Ford that gave symptoms similar to yours when the ball joints were bad. This was most pronounced on choppy surfaces.

this happens on paved roads. Fairly normal roads, no potholes or washboard. I should add this additive to the front or rear differential and should I change the gear oil or just add some of the slip additive to the old gear oil.

I guess i should add that this truck is 4 wheel drive so it should have limited slip in the rear differential correct? My brother tried to tell me that i either have a limited slip or a posi rear end.

It's likely that you do have a limited slip rear diff. Go open your driver's door. There is a white tag on the lower portion of the jamb facing you when you open the door. On that tag there is an "Axle Code". Can you tell us what that code is? It should be a Letter and # or two #s.
