Ooohh, the mods are upset about discussing the illegal use of non-highway diesel fuel, but allow members to openly discuss modification and removal of emissions components, which is just as illegal. It is either all or nothing mods. Just like the government, you can't pick and choose winners, or in this case illegals. I'm sure they will warn me for this...

If you run farm truck plates in Texas, all cops leave you alone.

Those are two different issues. Running off road fuel on road means you skipped out on the taxes (tax evasion i suppose?). Pulling emissions stuff doesn't short anybody on money.

Illegal is illegal. Simple. Both are federal issues.

As far as taxes, if everyone skipped out on taxes, then the government couldn't over spend and would have to listen to the people a bit more, huh?

Agreed!!(LOL)!!, but DANG... if you don't cook the books a little you will be taxed into oblivion unless you make Buffet/Gates type of money and have the legislators in your pocket. (business owner rant...)

Bio is a loophole, and even so, the left-winged beings that exist have priced necessary elements so high that there is no financial benefits in making your own fuel.

Our processor now has a decent sized family of spiders building a large community in the belt pulleys. Guess this can be considered another form of government housing!

I don't run red diesel in my truck and I'm sure this has been discussed before but it seems to me like it would be fair to let everyday joes driving a diesel use red fuel and get a break on taxes. But, still make trucking companies use green diesel and still pay the same since they are mainly the ones who are harder on our road system and are the main reason for so much necessary re-paving. I know in the long run it would just get spread to the consumer but they aren't really paying any more than they have been and the tax break we would get from being able to use red would hardly make a blip on uncle sam's radar. Discuss...

You are correct, I only apologized to the mod and the forum, I do what I need to, but since its illegal...and I should have known better...I apologized. I'm not apologizing for running off road fuel, just for bringing it up here. Once again...I DO NOT...recommend doing it. End of discussion
