Interior lights not working.

Interior lights not working.
I checked fuses, as stated in other threads...but when I open my doors the lights will not come on, and I am not sure if there are lights on the door behind that red piece, when I use the dimmer switch to try and turn them on they still wont go on...I hear a click but nothing...
They only go on if I hit the switch on the light itself...
It kinda make it hard for my girl friend to put her seat belt on when she get in
LOL
Any advice or what to check?

could it be something with the running lights you hooked up the other day

same issue at All 4 doors
I had the opposite issue I couldnt get em to shut off little WD-40 on the door lock mechanism not the key part either worked Great but was the opposite of what you have

LOL, I know 
It was like this since the day I bought the truck, I have always lived with it.
I have started with this OCD problem, I have been fixing every little thing with it.
