my nickels for a zf5 swap....
local zf5s are $500 on a super special deal,(i.e. rare) $750 to $1,200 at
the local yards + clutch, flywheel, hydralic setup, and other mods...

why are you running a dana 44 front with a diesel engine? diesels came with dana 50 or dana 60 because they are so heavy..... the coil spring dana 44 wont hold up long to the extreme weight these engines can weigh up to 1250 lbs dressed......
what is an OBS???
the problem with my pype routing is the big cast aluminam air filter box mounted directly infont of the turbo. so i have to figure out how to move it or mount around it. as for my truck being a half ton it is not it is a three quarter ton camper special with a dana 44 heavy front end. and still wonderin about the transmission, which one and the power output.....
no the 73-79 250s came with dana 44s and the 60 was an option...the 80-95 ttb front ends use dana 44 parts,,. the rare 79 350 4X4 is the only one with a factory 60 without special orders...
can anyone tell me how this thing is gonna drive with a 4 spd granny low trans, 4.10 gears and a turbo setup...
