2001 Expy, tight when turning question

The front wheels were off the ground. I believe I put Mercon V in it but not sure, I would have to go to the barn and take a look.

Skill level I think is decent, I pretty much work on everything, I have built several engines, worked on everything on my own vehicles except this Transfer Case. I have always been intimidated by transmissions, but I have heard a TC is a lot more simple to work on. My tool supply is decent unless you are talking about having to have any specialty tools.
