These are for 99-04 Superdutys but may fit other vehicles, so I have included the bulb model number for your convinience. All bulbs are BLUE. They are the correct quantity for the indicated applications.

Nothing complicated.
You may have to remove the green film on the back of the gauge cluster to see the full effect. Some people have said that you dont have to (something to do with the color spectrum) when you use blue, but if you want red you absolutely have to.
Removing it is no big deal, rubbing alcohol takes it right off.
Thats for the gauge cluster, the A/C Control panel has nothing like that (but the red on the temperature dial will be blue when lit, just a dark blue)
