Dash light color

You cant... At least not easy. Its not the bulb that gives the dash its color, its the overlay. So you have to buy one of the cheap overlays from Fleabay or you have to remove the overlay and change it to blue...
Its been done before, but IMHO its not worth the effort.

I have it figured out how to get my door and window switches blue and my light switch how do I get my switches out of steer wheel to change them ?? I'm more worried about the getting the switch out than changing the lights

I have no idea I'm trying to figure out the granite and part numbers of each so I know how to cross them over to led blue and remove the green tint

The gauge cluster is 74-xHP
The AC pannel is B8.5D-X.
X stands for the color you want (B - Blue, G - Green, etc)

It is a little tedious and much patience and care is needed to scrape the cards off, but if you wan't the look, and don't want to purchase an aftermarket card, it can be done.
