OK for some reason I have started watching Northern Exposure. Its silly- the main character is whiny and unappealing. It never rains or get cold or has mosquitos, which is wrong for being in Aalaska. And they always leave their doors open.--- I'm on season 4.
I have recently finished "The Hill" which is a true ish story with Dennis Quaid.
Its pretty good, I give it a thumbs up.
I rewatched, for probably the 30th time, The Blues Brothers. I still like it every time.
Did all my WED you tube videos-- Fabrats-Matts- Merlin ect ect-- found a new one from a guy just down the road in Winfield, KS--- Weston Clifton-- They are kinda funny. Might have to take a trip down there some day.
I watched Rumble in Cell Block 99, with Vince Vaughn. It was a decent action movie, but I like his comedy better.
I will say, if you are watching it, and finishing up the very last few seconds, I hope you don't have a needle in your arm, like I did. (donating plasma)
I jerked so much that I could have ripped the needle out, and done damage. Luckily my fight and flight mode is mostly broken.
I recently watched the 3 Christopher Nolan Batman movies again. Also watched Just Mercy, which was pretty good. Jamie Fox movie about a prisoner wrongfully convicted and on death row. Supposed to be based on a true story. If the numbers are true, it's pretty shocking.
Don't get me wrong, Jamie Fox is a good actor, but some of the parts that he played on different shows and movies in the past have made me not like him much. I don't know why I can't get past that.
SO I have been on a rocket stove kick-- watching them make all kinds of rocket stoves-- some for heating a house- a rocket pellet heater that takes no electricity and ul rated for a house-- now that is pretty cool!.-- Would be a cheap way to heat the garage - :-) another couple were also hot water heaters--- Don't think that is for me but it still was fun to watch.
I went to a workshop on rocket stove a few years ago. They are fascinating. Lots of heat with very little fuel. For a house or cabin they would need a pretty big heat sink if I remember right.
